the process of making chocolate
The diagram demonstrates how chocolate is produced for the consumption needs of citizens.
As can be inferred from the process, there are ten main stages, beginning with raw materials from cacao trees and finishing with the mixture of chocolate which will be delivered to several purposes.
Looking at the diagram in more detail, we can clearly see that cacao trees are initially planted in the south of some nations such as America, Africa and Indonesia and the ripe red pods from these trees will be accumulated for the further purposes. In the next stage, white cocoa beans in the fruit are removed separately then fermented in the containers. Subsequently, the fermented beans are spread under the sun to dry to put into the large sacks.
During the subsequent stage, after putting in the bags, these dry beans are delivered to big factories by truck. The next step is to roast these beans at high temperature. Next, beans are crushed to remove the outer shell. Last but not least, the inner parts of cacao are pressed then the liquid of chocolate from these parts is produced.
