Some people believe that capital punishment should not be used. Others, however, argue that it should be allowed for the most serious crimes.
Dangerous law breaker has to response their action by taking capital punishment as consequence, but those punishments are disagree in some group of people because of its heartless. Therefore, I will discuss this views and give explanation for it.
It is obvious that in the 21st Century, the use of some heartless punishments are no longer been used because people's opinion about the punishment has changed recently. They are humane and kind-hearted for those who make terrible crimes, and it is allowed and accepted to forgive to law breakers unless they recognise how bad are their actions and show the feeling of sadness honestly. Even while staying in the jail, they will consider whether the criminals show good attitude or not to reduce the execution time.Take Hieu PC as an example, because of good attitude, Hieu Pc had been reduced execution time from 40 years to solely 8 years of stays in the prison.
In contrast, there are a few of psychos who did horrible crimes that against humanity, are often killers or terrorists. The will and mindset of these guys cannot be break in any ways, and therefore using capital punishments will be a suitable choice. For example, Osama Bin Laden, one of the most dangerous terrorists of all time, who was under surveillance the 9/11 event in New York and killed thousands of people, has been convicted for play against humanity and has been killed by an American military force.
In summary, although capital punishments are not humane and heartless, a few of cases would use those punishments for the protection of the society from dangers.
