The given pie charts illustrate about the five different responses given by the visitors in the surveys germane to their visit to Ashtown museum that signifies if the visitors are satisfied or not. The data is recorded by the reactions given by both the visitors before and after a year of refurbishment of the museum.
It can be seen overall that prior to refurbishment, 70% of the 74 thousand visitors gave negative comments in which almost half of the comments (30%) said that the visitors were very unsatisfied. During the same year, mare 25% of the visitors gave positive response whereas the rest of the 5% seemed neutral in their reactions to the surveys.
But, after a year of refurbishment, the surveys as conveyed by the graph show that the positive responses dramatically got increased to 75% of 92 thousand visitors in which 35% were very much satisfied by their visit. However, even though the amount of neutral reactions remained the same 5% but, the negative comments were reduced to 20% of 92 thousand visitors. Moreover, only 5% of those only were very much dissatisfied.
Overall, the refurbishment surged the number of visitors from 74,000 to 92,000 in a year gap. The positive comments were escalated significantly whereas the negative comments decreased quickly by the visitors in the respective years.
