The table below shows the numbers of visitors to Ashdown Museum during the year before and the year after it was refurbished. The charts show the result of surveys asking visitors how satisfied they were with their visit, during the same two periods.
The table illustrates the number of people that visited the museum the year before and the year after the renovation of Ashdown, while the pie chart shows the survey feedback from the tourist about their experience. These responses were recorded on the scale of very satisfied to very dissatisfied and including no response.
Overall, around 18000 more people visited after redecorating the place than before (74000). Furthermore, the majority of the crowd that’s visited before making the changes left dissatisfied from the tour and whereas minority went very dissatisfied. However, after renovating the museum most of the visitors commented to be satisfied and a very small number marked to be very dissatisfied. Lastly, only 5% subjects handed the survey unmarked

Before changing the infrastructure a minority of 15% were very contained and almost a third was happy for their trip. Moreover, a significant number of people (40%) were unhappy; in addition, only one in ten was extremely uncontained.
On the other hand, after redesigning the Ashdown museum the similar amount of visitors that disliked the visit before stated liking it later, following that the tourist that enjoyed the visit the most increased by a fifth. Consequently, the population of travelers that were highly dissatisfied from the trip reduced to one in twenty and less than a fifth complained unpleased.
