The table below shows the worldwide market share of mobile phone market for manufacturers in the years 2005 and 2006

The given table compares the percentage of mobile phone sold globally by 6 different producers, particularly Nokia, Motorola, Samsung, Sony Ericsson, L.G, BenQ Mobile and others between 2005 and 2006.
Overall, worldwide market share of Nokia, Motorola and Sony Ericsson witnessed upward trends, while that of other producers went down. Also, the productions sold by Nokia accounted for the largest proportion and the percentage of BenQ Mobile was smallest.
Standing at the first rank in 2005 with 32.5 percent, the amount of mobile phone sold internationally by Nokia rose slightly by 2.5% in 2006. Similarly, there was a minimal increase from 6.3% to 7.4% in the proportion of Sony Ericsson. Compared with 2 producers above, the figures of Motorola saw a most considerable change of 3.4 percent between 2005 and 2006.
Whereas, the worldwide market share of L.G reduced from 6.7% in 2005 to 6.3% in 2006. Also, the proportion of Samsung and others experienced the similar trends, with the drop of 1 and 3 percent respectively. Although BenQ Mobile sold the smallest amount of mobile phone globally with only 4.9 percent in 2005, the figure declined markedly by nearly 50% in the very next year.
