Overall, it is evident that the number of coffee selling in all the countries witnessed an increase. three countries (switzerland, the uk, and belgium) saw a significant increase in bananas selling. Meanwhile, the remaining countries witnessed a decrease at the end of the period.
In the initial years, switzerland reported the highest number of coffee selling, accounted for 3 million, then increased two times in the following years. The figures for the United Kingdom and Denmark were almost half of switzerland’s (1.5 and 1.8 million). In the next five years, the uk experienced sharply increase to more than thirteen times, while Denmark saw slightly increase. Regarding the other nation, belgium and Sweden stood at 1 and 0.8 million each in the initial year and then saw a small increase in 2004.
Turning to bananas selling, in the first year, 1999, switzerland experienced the largest figure (15 million), after that raised to more than three times in the final year. following that, the uk figure was almost twice higher than belgium (1 and 0.6 million each), both nations experienced an increased more than fivefold in the final year. On the other hand, Sweden and Denmark were two countries which were experienced a decrease during the period.
