The given graphs illustrate the percentage of citizens who are qualified to graduate, divided into 6 different groups, in a specific nation during 1980 and 2008.
Looking from an overall perspective, it is evident that the figure for half of the number of groups had a tendency to decrease. In addition, the number of Masters Science graduates remained highest in both years.
While the proportion of PhD Science graduates was highest in 2008, at 30%, it was significantly lower in 1980, at 13%. In contrast, the figure for First degree Arts was the second highest in 1980, at 25%, before dropping by 14% in 2008.
In 1980 and 2008, the data for Masters Science remained relatively high, at 29%, making it the highest in 1980 and second highest in 2008. Similarly, First degree Science graduates’ statistics remained unchanged at 19%, holding the third place in both years. Additionally, the figure for Masters arts and PhD Arts witnessed a slight rose of 1% and 5%, respectively.
