The two maps below show an island, before and after the construction of some tourist facilities
The given maps display changes before and after of some establishments such as holiday accommodation and recreation for visitors in an island.
It is obvious that, the island has enormously been modified after setting up the facilities. The main development which has been provided in the island due to tourism is accommodation, although parts of the island are kept intact.
Overall, the greatest change in island have been developed by building up cabins for temporary residential proposes. Also, a pier is located in the south of the island for amusing travelers by sailing boats which is connected to reception in the middle of the accommodations. Meanwhile, a restaurant has been built in the north of the island, above the reception building.
However, before the construction of the facilities the island was just a bare land but after development, the large portion of eastern part of the island are untouched. As well as mentioned facilities another new facility which has been provided is swimming area on the western beach of the island. Also, there are footpath and pathway for vehicles which make it easier for people to get access effortlessly to the facilities.
