The two maps below show road access to a city hospital in 2007 and 2010.
The two pictures illustrate how the way that people accessed a city hospital changed after 3 years. Overall, the biggest change is seen in the road infrastructure with the appearance of two new roundabouts. Other noticeable changes are the upgrade in the bus facility and the enlargement of parking space.
In 3 years, six bus stops were removed in order to make place for a new bus station which was to the southwest of the hospital. Across the hospital road from the bus station, there was a car park was exclusive for the staff. Visitors to the hospital could park their car in the parking space to the east of the hospital via the ring road.
Addittionally, there were also two roundabouts that were built in 2010. These roundabouts were situated where the hospital road intersected with the ring road and the city road. Plus, they were also connected to the bus station.
