The two maps below show road access to a city hospital in 2007 and in 2010.
The supplied maps delineates the ways to reach city hospital in 2007 and 2010. A glance at the maps reveals that the developments carried out around the city hospital in three years include bus station, parking facilities, and roundabouts thus increasing road access to the hospital.
As can be seen in the first map(2007), city hospital was surrounded by the ring road. In south-east of the hospital, parking area for staff and public was available. Moreover, there were six bus stops on the hospital road which intersects city road in the south.
In 2010, it can be explicitly observed that six bus stops on the hospital road were removed. Instead, a Bus station was constructed in the south-west direction from the hospital. In addition, two new roads, originating from bus station, were constructed to both ends of the hospital road, where roundabouts were developed on each side. Finally, a new public car park was also built on the east of the city hospital while existing parking facility was used by only staff in 2010. To access public car park an opening from the ring road was made inside the parking.
