Dear Sir,
I am XYZ studying the course ‘Advanced English’ in Toronto. As per our last discussion I want to thank you for providing me the accommodation in Flat 302 - 54 South Avenue, Newtown. But there is an issue which I want to bring to your attention.
As you may know, In my flat there is a main door which has a security lock that would activated and deactivated with a passcode to prevent any unauthorized entry. Last week one of my roommate has changed the passcode to a different pin and tried to activate the lock again, but to our surprise the security lock isn’t functioning the way it used to be. This failed security system is a big concern for us, as this was crucial factor which we considered while selecting this flat in the first place.
Can you please replace the security lock or modify it in any way to use a new passcode ? Awaiting your reply.
Thanks and Regards,
XYZ
