Having considered all of companies listed, I decided to invest 35% of my assets in Zapp Games company. First, I researched on products that this company have produced. The main products of this company are video games and consoles. In my opinion, it is potential to invest in their share. It's estimated that the number of people around the world who play a video game will more and more increase, because people can easily use their phone or their computer to play game. It’s clear that, Video gaming is also commanding a larger part of people’s days. Besides, graphics technology gets more sophisticated, which make people more interest in video games. Another important reason, their share price is much cheaper than those of other companies. With price is 10$ per share, I must only pay 35,000$ to have 3.500 shares. So, I strongly believe that I will get many profits on this investment.
On the other hand, I will invest 40,000$ in H&G Commodities company. It is a managed investment fund specializing in commodities. The first reason for my investment is portfolio diversification. In fact, Commodity funds have had low correlation with stock market movements, which makes them a valuable source of diversification in a portfolio. In addition, its prices tend to rise with inflation, making commodities one of the few assets that benefits from inflation. Many people believe that commodities have potential financial growth since commodity prices rise and fall in tandem with supply and demand. The more a commodity is in demand, the higher its price will rise, delivering higher profits to the investor. To sum up, this investment is the fewest risk.
Last but not least, I think that the last 25,000$ of my assets will be invested in Xercon Pharmaceuticals which is large pharmaceutical company with an extensive big-tech research program. Although pharmaceutical industry has high risk, I am still compelling to invest in it. As we can know, in most cases when people fall ill or get injured, they often take medicine. Because the company have an extensive big-tech research program, it can successfully bring drugs to the market. Moreover, it is believed that the share price is directly proportional to the industries approvals and development in pharma field. As example, the share prices soar if industry wins approval for clinical trials or therapy as well as drug launch. In fact, the net profit of pharmaceutical industry is quite high. And the profit margins and profits is much more than oil, gas, banks and car makers as well. It is reason why I decided to invest in this company.
