A close friend is coming to visit your hometown. He/she asked you for advice for things to do in your hometown and the surrounding area.
Write a letter to your friend. In your letter….
• Ask for more details about your friend's plan
• Suggest some places to visit and things to do in your hometown
• Tell your friend about food or drinks he/she should try during his/her stay
Dear Nachiket,
Hope this letter finds you in a good health.I am doing good too.As per our last week's conversation, you said you are visiting Mumbai, this week.I am really glad and excited as much as you but also feeling bad because I won't be there. This week itself,I will have to go for the training to Calcutta.
But,I can help you in many other ways. For that, need few details like when will you reach, how many of your other friends are accompanying, where will you stay etc.Though, you are most welcome to stay at my place. My parents will be happy to treat you.
When in Mumbai, you please visit Bandra band stand, which is at walking distance from my flat. You may find a glimpse of any celebrity as they stay nearby. Also, there is a shopping lane 1 km ahead where you can buy variety of things. Also, there is a chinese restaurant name "China Town" around 3 km from the shopping lane.As you are fond of chinese food, you will love this place.
Do let me know any other need you have. Will miss this opportunity to meet you. But,I am sure you will enjoy with your friends.
Let me know your plan.
Best Regards,
Sharvil
