A family member is coming to stay with you. He/she will be arriving by train in the morning, but you won’t be home until the evening. Write a letter to your relative. In your letter:
– explain the arrangements you have made for them to get keys and enter the house
– tell your relative how to get from the train station to your house
– say when you will be home and suggest what you could do together that evening
Dear brother,
How are you. I hope you are doing well. I received your letter mentioning that you are coming to stay with me. What a pleasure to be your host! I can not wait to meet you soon.
I noticed that you will be in my city in the morning, but, unfortunately I won't be home until the evening. I am afraid you have to find your own way to my home. But do not worry, arrangment for your comming have already been made.
After you arrive the train station, you can go to the south platform and take No 101 bus. After 5 statations you will notice a house with blue roof which is my home. You can take keys from mail box, and enter the house. Once you arrived my home, you can make yourself confortable, take a drink or have a meal.
After I finished my work, I will come back at 8 pm. There will be a football match that evening, maybe I can take some beer home so we can watch the match and have beer? How do you think?
Looking forward to meet you soon.
