A family member is coming to stay with you. He/she will be arriving by train in the morning, but you won’t be home until the evening. Write a letter to your relative. In your letter:
– explain the arrangements you have made for them to get keys and enter the house
– tell your relative how to get from the train station to your house
– say when you will be home and suggest what you could do together that evening

Hi Sara,

Hope this mail finds you in good health. I am just writing to you to share arrangements I have done for your visit to my city.

As soon as you arrive at the City Centre station, please collect the All-day RTA ticket from the ticketing counter. I will make online reservation under your name. This ticket will contain all the details of drop-off to my community. You would not have to worry about misplacing or having to remember the details during your busy schedule. Also no hassle of paying as you would not be carrying local currency as you arrive.

The keys to the apartment will be handed over to the security of the building. He will also assist you to carry your luggage up to the apartment. We can buy him some dinner once I am back home this evening.

I am hoping to be back home latest by 8pm. You could get ready around this time and we could go out for a candlelight dinner to a nearby Thai restaurant. You would be delighted by the ambiance of this place.

Looking forward to seeing you soon and having some good relaxing time.

Best Regards
Damian
