The news company is going to start a new program on TV about a particular place. Write a letter to offer your suggestions on what the program should be like.
In your letter, you should tell:
• how you know about that place
• what suggestions you would like to make
• why you are offering these suggestions.
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter in regards to the opening of a new program on your news channel. I was overwhelmed to hear about this program which will show the beautiful views of the Himalayas.
I completed my graduation in computer science engineering from Shimla which is the capital of Himachal in the Himalayas of India. This state has a pleasant atmosphere in summers and extremely cold weather in winters.
I would suggest you to explore the valleys in the mountains of the Himalayas. Most of them are located near my college. Besides, some of them are still not covered by the media channels. I will be sending you the list if you would require while exploring the new valleys of the Himalayas.
These unexplored locations have astonishing environmental changes along with different kinds of weed plants. Every valley created in these mountains has a story which you can listen from the locals living near those valleys. Moreover, it would be best to communicate with private automobiles like cars because these areas lack in public transports vehicles.
I wish you all the best for the first shoot of the program.
Yours faithfully,
Shwatank Bhasin
