The flow chart illustrates the information for university students, to complete the work experience requirement by the steps. There are mainly six steps to complete the process.
Firstly, if students will submit the final repost then credits will be awarded, this is the condition for award. To submit the application students have to choose potential workplace, got approved list and then arrange interview. However, students will get the acceptance letter and submit to professor for approval. After approval, students have to arrange schedule to work a minimum 10 hours/week over 20 weeks.
Secondly, students have to make weekly report form of their work while, on Friday, they have to submit this report to professor. In addition, participate have to attend meeting with work supervisor during final workweek and in the meeting, supervisor submits evaluation form. Moreover, final report submission time is before last week of spring time.
Overall, all steps are necessary to complete work experience requirement, as a result students will get award for their credits.
