On a recent holiday you lost a valuable item. Fortunately you have travel insurance to cover the cost of anything lost.
Write a letter to the manager of your insurance company. In your letter:
Describe the item you lost
Explain how you lost it
Tell the insurance company what you would like them to do
Dear sir,
I am writing to draw your attention the valuable that I have lost last saturday and I required you to consider the item in my insurance account to cover its cost.
I embarked my journey to Stratford station via train services The victoria lane for half an hour. I had held a black bag in my hand and sat down in the front lane of the tube. Promptly, I realized my cell phone was ringing and I picked up my call while placing my hand carry at the seat next to me. Soon after that I left the train as my station arrived and unfortunately, I forgot to pick up the bag.
After leaving the bus I have tried to find it by contacting the customer service department, but all in vain. my bag contained an Acer company 23*24" blue laptop and some official documents. There are some essential files stored in the laptop of the project and some paper work related to inventory control. Now you can realize how much valuable those belongings were for me?
To some how, I have managed to retrieve the data, but I want to purchase another laptop so that I can continue to work on that project again. Currently, I ran out of money to buy a new one for me, so I need your assistance to cover the cost in my insurance account and credit me equivalent amount so that I will have a new possession like that. In this letter, I am providing you the receipt of previous laptop that can help you how much amount should be transacted, my bank details, and insurance number to credit my account.
I am looking forward for a positive response.
Yours faithfully,
