There have been problem with public transport you use to commute daily .Write a letter to the manager of the public transport company in your letter.
1. Describe the problems.
2. Explain how these problems effective you and others.
3. Suggest what could be done about it.
Dear sir/madam,
I am Harry, one of the regular commuter who take bus number 11 from providence. I am writing this letter to bring your concern about faulty heater and other issues related to the bus.
Let me explain you in detail, I take a bus early morning 6 am as I have to reach my office at Boston, 9am. There is only one bus available that suites my time, other buses run too early or too late. There are other ten-fifteen passengers also who board that bus regularly like me. The problem is that winter have arrived and the heater of the bus is not working. also there is one window glass broken, which we did not notice during the summer time but not in this chilly weather, it makes our journey worst. Moreover, there are no seat belts for front seat passenger.
These issues affect us greatly because, I got cold every second day due to cold temperature in the bus. seating in the front seat is also very risky for travelers with kids or elderly people as well.
On behalf of all other passengers, I request you to fix the broken glass window and also fix the heaters as they are the basic necessity for bus conductors and driver even. It would be really appreciated, if you could arrange seat belts for first few seats of the bus.
I hope you understand that public transport system is for the convenience of public and it should work finely. Also you consider our problems seriously and take suggestive action as soon as possible. For any queries or formalities you can contact me at 401-452-451
Yours Sincerely
Harry
