Suggest how reception area could be improved
Dear Mr. Smith,
I am writing to let you know about the complaints we have received for our reception from the visitors which arrive for the business. Two main feedback are inattentive receptionist, who is very impolite towards the visitors and uncomfortable seating arrangement in the area as there are only a few chairs. I hope you take my suggestions favourably.
let me explain you about the situation . First impression of any organisation goes through the front door when some one visits, As our reception creates a bad experience to the outsiders this hampers our reputation. To enrich this welcoming behaviour the start area is necessary.
I would kindly suggest to take measures against our receptionist to behave professional and politely towards our guests. Although, the chairs are good but replacing them with sofa would be a much appealing and comforting experience to any visitor.
Thank you for taking into consideration.
Yours sincerely,
Amit Singh
