Dear Kevin,
I hope you are fine and this letter finds you well. I am writing this letter to want your assistance to collect money for a charity event that going to take place in my college next month. As you know that I am one of the members of the "Help-a-child" charity organization in my territory. As an active member, the group is planning to hold a program the next program.
The charity group is would want to give their service and offer it to the street children of Voronezh City. We are a non-government organization which obtains our funds vitally from business and individual donations. Hence, if we have not found enough our resources, we ask other organizations and people who could help us make this program possible.
As my good friend, I am asking for your assistance in raising money to suffice the budget out charity is aiming to collect. I know you have been the president of the musicians club in your school. Perhaps, I may suggest if it will be possible to hold a mini-concert in the weekend, This would require a lot of your time but I believe this totally would be successful.
Please Call me as soon as you received this letter so that we can talk about more of the plans and if you have a bright idea for us to work on.
