Dear Tom,
I am writing you this letter to express my sincere apology for not be able to attend our yearly road-map meeting last December 27th.
The reason for not attending this meeting was that my youngest daughter baby Anna was severely excreting feces six times a day for two days a row already. My wife had her one of the feces checked by a hospital laboratory and sadly it was confirmed that she got an amoeba parasite inside her system. Since we do not have any other companion except the three of us, I had decided to stick with them first and cater all the preliminary patient needs.
I fully understand the importance of this meeting since this will significantly bring a huge impact on the company's path for the coming new year. To mitigate my absence, I had asked my senior assistant programmer Jenalyn to list all of the things that was discussed in the meeting.
I hope that you will forgive my absence and be assured that I will always give my fullest for the company's growth.
Yours sincerely,
Joebet
