Writing a letter to building manager regarding a problem parking your bicycle.
When you started to use bicycle to go to work
What the problem is
Suggesting the solution of the problem.
Dear Sir or madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with an availability of parking bicycles in the office building. Since last month, I started commuting to office by bicycle for health and environmental benefits and leave it outside the workspace which is insecure as well as illegal.
Let me explain my problem in more detail. The trouble started on the first day when I came office on the bicycle and the building guard denied me parking inside as there is no bicycle stand, however, there is large space available for four-wheelers and bikes. Since then I have been parking my cycle in the external area of the campus which is allotted to the government for plantation.
I would like to suggest that you review this clearly unsatisfactory situation immediately so that I could securely park my cycle inside the premises along with other vehicles. You should advise the guard to allow parking bicycles on the left of the space for bikes which is usually free.
Thank you for your consideration.
Yours faithfully,
Jay
