Writing a letter to building manager regarding a problem parking your bicycle.
When you started to use bicycle to go to work
What the problem is
Suggesting the solution of the problem.
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter in refrence to a problem i am facing regarding the parking of the bicycle.
I would like to inform you that i have recently started using bicycle for commmutation to work and exploring near by places.
As you are aware the parking place inside the building is already limited and i can always see some unauthorized vehicles without the parking ticket, i have informed the same to the security gaurds but no action has been taken despite my repeated requests.
I would like to suggest to get the vehilces checked before they are allowed to be parked inside the building, this will help not on the residents of the building but also the authorized vehicle which have been alloted a parking ticket thus resulting in efficent use of parking space. I also request you to pass these guidelines to the security staff to do a proper checking of the vehicles before they are allowed to use the reserved parking space.
Looking forward to a swift response from your side.
Yours faithfully
vinshu
