Write a letter to the Training Organiser
expressing your interest in the role
requesting more information about it
explaining what experience you have
Dear Sir and Madam,
A week ago I saw online information from your website that you required a professional role as a social events organizer for the Training Organizer. I am excited to participate in this environment by managing the training program next month in Canada. I have a few years of experience in this role and I believe this is a wonderful opportunity for me and would be quite helpful to my career. Therefore, I am hoping that you would permit me to involve myself in the role of the social events’ organizer.
I have been involved in many works since I graduated from my university and participated in a number of social events in the university such as organizing a Christmas party for all of the students. In my duties, I am frequently responsible for organizing important events and making sure there are successful meetings.
I enjoy doing these roles and I would be the right one for this position. Therefore, request you to send me more details about organizing social events. I would like to get some information.
1. How large would be the meeting?
2. What kinds of guests are expected at the event?
I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours sincerely,
Emma
