Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to inform you about my delay to move into my rented apartment for international students.
First, I would like to apologize for the problems which may cause by my late arrival. I am a PhD student, working under Mr. K. Lin professor in his lab from this starting summer semester. Originally, I suppose to reach there in the first week of March, unfortunately, I would be delayed from my original plan.
Even though the lease will be started from the 1st week of March but due to 2nd wave of the Corona pandemic, all flights are closed till mid of March month. I am unable to travel due to these travel restrictions got imposed by the Indian government.
I like the apartment for international students, and I would move into it as soon as these travel restrictions got lifted. Most probably in the mid of March, I may be able to fly and take possession of the apartment.
I hope you understand my situation.
