You are due to move into a rented apartment next month but you will not be able to because you have some problems.
Write a letter to the course provider. In your letter,
explain your situation
describe your problems
tell him/her when you think you can move in
Dear Sir,
I am writing to you to inform you that I was suppose to move to the another flat near Book Way Street. However, I apologise that I would not be able to move over there next month due to some personal perspectives. I had decided to shift to the new apartment after my trimester completion but unfortunately board has postponed the exam dates due to heavy snow.
Moreover, I would hardly get any leisure time to pack-off my stuff due to coming up tests and unfavorable weather. Additionally, my mother is coming over here for few weeks. Thus, I would be super busy for next few months.
Furthermore, after exams we have to appear for vivas for two courses. Thus, the entire process will get delayed. I hope you can understand my point of view as well. I will try my best to move to the other flat quickly. To add more, I am estimating that I would be able to move to the new place after four months. I hope this sounds good to you.
Waiting for your favorable response,
Yours faithfully,
abc
