Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to bring your attention toward the bad quality of food and the hospitality in your restaurant. We are your old customers and we know about the ins-out of the place. Maximum time our organization plan a meet in your place and the sole reason was hospitality and the food served by the staff
In our last meet on Saturday, we ordered lunch there which included ,"a mix veg", "Dal makhani" and "chapati".We understand that due to weekend it was fully packed but the quality of food should not be compromised on this, as you are among the best one . Firstly the waiter took half an hour for the delivery of food and moreover the food was stale and cold, chapatis was not fully cooked and several were burnt. Dal was half-cooked and full of spices, all were are aged and thus does not have a single spoon of it. Disappointingly This was not only the case ,further when we asked for the bill they have included such extra amount of item which we did not ordered. Strangely but this was never expected from your staff.
In regard to the reputation of your place I would highly recommend you to look into this matter promptly before you loose your customer and stature. You can boost your chef bu giving them tip for the best complemented dish and by mentioning star of the day .
It would be great if you take my consideration into account. Looking forward to hear from you soon.
