You are planning to go on holiday in another country. Write a letter to your friend asking him/her to join. Include following in your letter:
1) Why you need a holiday?
2) What your plans are?
3) Why you need your friend to join with you?
Dear Igor,
I hope the letter find you in the best of health. I am writing to pursue you to join me on an exotic vacation to to Croatia. It is one of the upcoming destinations of Europe. Allow me to elaborate.
A long period of time has passed from the last time we went to travel together. We both had committed to travel to Croatia in 2015, but the same could not be fructified due one reason or the other. However, now with a long weekend and taking 2 days of holidays, you and I can head out to Croatia for a week. This is an offseason for my company and I am sure you can accommodate during this time of the year.
I spoke to a travel company and they have quoted me a sum of Rs. 87,000/- plus tax for one week escapade to Croatia. The tour will start from Zagreb (2 days), Split (3 days), Brac and Hvar (1 day each). We will be flying back home from Split.
Furthermore, I am not willing to accept a negative reply. I am sure you are more than willing to go being a Games of Throne fan and further to fulfill your end of the promises.
The ball is in your court now.
Yours sincerely,
Brad Jason
