Dear Naina,
I hope you and your family are doing great. As you know that i have been a resident in Delhi from the last few years, and it has been a fabulous experience staying in this paying guest facility, where most of the guests came from the English speaking countries to either work or exploration.
I am writing this letter to you because i am planning to move out next month, as i got a transfer to Bangalore due to my recent promotion, and I got to know that since you have also got an internal transfer from The United State to New Delhi within the organization, and you are looking for a place to move in, this place would be ideal for you, as it would be more convenient for you to live not only because you will accompany by other English speaking people since you are more comfortable communicating in English, but also it is quite close to your new office address.
If you want, i can introduce you to my landlord. While he is a quite generous and understanding person, he would also assist you a lot during your movement.
Let me know if you need any further information regarding this occupancy. I would certainly arrange it for you.
Best regards
Harpreet
