Dear Sir,
I would like to bring it to your kind attention that I have been pursuing my Masters degree. The exams for the same are scheduled after about two months, for which i need to prepare well and I need a little more time for extra preparation to enhance my qualification. While undertaking the office work I can assure that I will not allow any let up or shortcoming in my desired duty. I would request you to spare me extra duties to prepare for my exam. Once I clear my exam I will be able to perform at a higher capability in the interest of the organization. I will put in extra timings after completion of my exams to compensate for the time off permitted to me.
In view of the above I would earnestly request that I be given some time off my extra duties so that I can prepare well for my Masters exam.
