Dear Mr. Smith,
I am writing in concern with an accommodation issue.
While I have a very bright and cosy room which satisfies my needs, there is one drawback which is bothering me a lot. Unfortunately the shower in the block where I live does not work appropriately. It seems that this is a big inconvenience to me because I have gotten used to jogging in the morning and therefore it is necessary for me to have a working shower.
I understand that it is not your fault the shower does not work but when I arranged my accommodation with you, I thought that I mentioned that I needed a room with all conveniences, and this in my opinion, includes a working shower.
I would be really happy if you could suggest some ways to resolve this problem, for example by moving me to another block or promising to fix the shower quickly.
I appreciate your attention and am looking forward to hearing from you as soon as it possible.
