First and foremost , The work location is way too far my home and have to spend more than hours commuting to work,This will be very stressful and would also affect my personal life. I being a father of two children would like to spend quality time with my family and cannot compromise on this,
Furthermore this would also affect my performance and will not be in condition to befit the company .I have good life and work balance with my current Job which gives me an opportunity to be me focused and has excel in profession. In the best interest of all ,I have decide to decline your offer and pursue withcurrent company.
