Dear Mr James Borwn,
I am writing to let you know that by the 15th of March, I will no longer work as a volunteer in your establishment as I got another engagement from that period onward.
Let me explain in details what i will be doing after stopping my work. Firstly, I got a full time job in Kaduna City which is two-hundred kilometres away from here, therefore, making it difficult for me to be active in the organisation. Secondly, my new employer has provided accommodation for me and my family, hence, I will not have so much attachments in this city any longer.
My younger brother is very interested in filling in for me and I recommend him for the position. He has great passion for environmental conservation and protection. He was in the environmental club during our school days. He has experience working with a youth volunteering organisation.
