Dear Sir,
I am a student of B.Tech (EEE) branch studying in 3 semester. As there is a vacant room in my apartment, I am writing this letter to seek your help in renting it out to a fellow student.
I am living in a 3 bedroom apartment, just 5 mins walking from the university campus. Two of the rooms are already occupied and only 1 room is vacant, as one of the roommate dropped out of the university course and moved back to his hometown since past 10 days. We have spacious rooms with attached bathroom and a common kitchen. We also have parking facility available and all the necessary requirements like stationary shop, medicine shop etc are situated nearby.
We are planning to rent out the third room as we intend to keep the overall housing expenses to minimum. Me and my flatmate are both quite studious and we do not drink or smoke as well. We would be expecting the same from our new flatmate.
It will be very kind of you if you could help us out in renting it. We are also planning to put this on the university notice board.
