You have a full-time job and also doing a part-time evening course. You now find that you cannot continue the course. Write a letter to your curse tutor. In the letter
Describe the situation
- Explain why you cannot continue at this time
- Say what action you would like to take.
Dear Dr. Hany,
I am writing to inform you that I will no longer be able to attend my medical coding evening classes.
In fact, I started attending the course 2 months ago, and at that time I was thinking that I would be able to arrange my time between my morning duty and night classes. I am working as a clerk at Panda mega stores.
Since my duty starts at 7 am, I usually get to work late. The reason is that I study for the course until a late hour, which has been affecting my circadian rhythm. Consequently, I have received a warning letter from my administrator, and this can affect my long-term job stability
Therefore, according to the course institution policy, I am entitled to ask for my lessons to be postponed. In addition, I was wondering if I could take an appointment to reschedule those classes later on with the new upcoming batch.
I am looking forward to receiving your kind response.
Yours sincerely,
