Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to let you know that I recently received an email stating that seventy dollars will be charged on my account because is two hundred and forty dollars overdrawn. This information is wrong because I did check my balance and there are not funding problems. I use this account only to receive my paycheck monthly.
So, I think the email was wrongly sent by your notification system because the information within the content of the email was mistaken. My account number was wrong, my home address and contact preferences also. I did update my personal information on the bank web page after I got the email. Just to be sure, I will send you an email with the information on my balance and the last ten movements of the account.
Would you kindly sing me off the notification system? Like I said before, I only use the account to receive money once a month.
