Dear sir,
I am writing this letter to refer to your letter regarding charges levied on me for the withdrawn of the amount from my savings bank account. I have a saving account with account number123456789012 in your bank. I received a letter yesterday in which it was written that I have been charged $70 for the overdrawn amount of $240, however, that information was not true.
I have been your regular customer for almost 5 years. I deposit every month small part of my savings after spending the amount on my requirements from my salary. I have always maintained a minimum balance in my account and withdrew the amount keeping the minimum threshold requirement in my mind. I have never withdrawn more than my savings limit. Therefore, I believe that the information mentioned in the letter must be incorrect.
I urge you to please check your records, it may be a clerical error. I have attached my bank statement with this letter explaining my case. I requested you to rectify this as soon as possible so that I do not have to bear the charges levied on me for wrong information.
