I am writing to you because I have just moved in my new flat downstairs from you. My name is Olga Karaseva, my husband`s name is Maksim. We are glad to meet you. We are really delighted to our new place. It has 3 bedrooms, the balcony and one enormous kitchen. Also it has huge garden outside and we are gong to hold a party there.
We are planning the great party with our friends, relatives and we would like to invite all neighbours. I would appreciate if you could attend our party next Sunday the 3rd of July. We are going to order pizza and sushi and have some kind of win and beer. However if you want, you can take all kind of food and drink with you. Also we are going to invite a clown, who is really fun so you should take your children with you, if you have them. We hope it would be a perfect event.
