You have planned to study in Australia. You have sent a letter to a college, but you have not received a reply from the college. Write a letter to the college principal. In your letter,
- you should give details of the course that you wished to do,
- say why do you choose to study at the college,
- say why you need the reply soon.
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to enquire about the ‘Diploma in Robotics’ course that your college is offering. I wrote a letter earlier for last summer intake but did not get any reply.
I wish to join the ‘Diploma in Robotics’ at your college. Robotics will be the future and learning this will be exciting. Also, the current job trend is on AI and robotics, this will be prevalent throughout. I would like to know when will be the next intake and like to know more about the fees and scholarship possibilities. I would also like to know if there is any pre-requisite for this course, so I can prepare myself to join the course.
I have seen many colleges offering the same course, but all of them are of one-year duration. Meanwhile, your college offers 15 months duration with internship opportunities. Moreover, I admire the faculties and infrastructure of the campus. Even, the placement cell is active and is one of the best. So, for the all above mentioned above reason, your college is my first option for doing the course.
It would be very kind if you could reply soon so that I can arrange an alternative study option if I cannot get through your college.
I hope a prompt reply from your side.
Yours Sincerely
Rahul
