Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writting a letter to inform that I haven't received the new bank card from your bank. I have my concer about the missing the new bank card which your bank sent me a letter to acknowledge receipt of the new card yesterday. However, I checkout the envelope carfully and found the card did not attached.
I have been maintining a checking account with your bank last for 3 years. I request a new silver debit card and received the letter yesterday, neverless I notice that the new card was missing. I am concern about the whereabouts of the card if it goes to wrong hand and might be missused. Will the bank be responsible for it?
Therefore, I would like your to cancel and hold this card so no one else can use it, also could you please issue me another card and take step so that it does not happen again.
I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Your faithfully,
Chris Wong
