You have seen an advertisement for a community college that needs teachers for night classes.
Write a letter to the community college. In your letter:
• say which advertisement you are answering
• describe which course(s) you want to teach, and what it/they would be about
• explain why you would be a suitable teacher
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing with reference to an advertisement on The Daily Times Newspaper dated on 15th November for the role of academic instructor at a local community college.
I would prefer to tutor 2 subjects that is Marketing and General Awareness from the list of courses. The marketing course will cover the basics of retail and digital marketing along with few case studies with possible real time problems to analyze the students understanding. As general awareness is a broad topic, it is restricted to local and national current affairs, modern history.
With post graduate diploma in Marketing and few years as a Marketing head for a retail chain in the USA, I believe I have some experiences to share which could aid them in future and knowledge to impart in the stream of marketing. Additionally, general awareness is a topic I have secured 88% recently for a state administrator role, making it a top 5 score outlines my awareness of the subject.
I hope my experience and knowledge would tilt your preference to favor my application.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours faithfully,
Mihira Mupp
