I am Raghav and I am writing here regarding the incorrect information provide by your agency reagrding skkim air connectivity.
I enquired to your agenecy to know waht all air routs are available in order to reach Skkim. As I was looking for going there to participate in winter expedition, I had not much time and relied on the information given by your's agenecy only.
The executive ensured me that there is no direct air connectivity available and booked the ticket for city which is 180 KM far from Sikkim. After reaching there I got to know that there is airport in Sikkim and it is fully operation. However, just because of misinformation given by your agency I had to unnecessary traveld 180 KM by bus and it took and had to spend four extra hours.
Here I would like to look in to this matter and correct the information in your travel guide. So that in future no other traveller suffers.
