Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this to express my dissatisfaction with sharing a room with my room-mate. As you are aware of both our details, I would like to inform you that I am facing certain issues sharing the room with her, and I have tried to be more adjusting all this while but now it seems to be difficult to cope with the behavior of hers.
Firstly, my issues with her are due to her staying up late at night, playing music, watching movies and it's quite disturbing because I sleep early at night. Besides, there are hygiene issues where she snacks on food mostly on the bed and dusts away on the floor and it remains on the floor until we have the help cleaning it up in the morning. I am worried that there would be roaches soon in the room.
Furthermore, this is the first time I have been sharing my room with someone and I would like you to believe I have been very cordial and adjusting all this while, but there's no co-operation from the other end.
Hence my sincere request to you is to kindly move me into a single occupancy room at the earliest as it is affecting my studies.
