Explain your problems and why is it difficult to study.
Say what kind of accommodation would you prefer
Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to let you know that I have been extremely annoyed in the last few weeks by the loud noises that my next room neighbor is making. I have a really important exam coming next month and I have been preparing for nearly a year. If I can’t be in a quiet space in my own apartment then I might as well not do the exam at all, because I will surely fail.
Let me explain my current situation. Every day at night I begin to prepare my self for my Financial Accounting exam that will be held at the end of this month, but my neighbor insists on playing his electric guitar every evening without any consideration for all the people around him. In addition, I am a quiet person in general therefore I prefer to stay in a calm environment most of my time.
Would you kindly think about providing another room for either me or my neighbor. This is a big problem and need to be resolved as soon as possible. If no other rooms are available, please install a sound blockage around each room so that every individual cannot affect the other in any way.
Thank you for your time.
Yours faithfully,
Omar Zeidan
