Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to inform you about wrong information which was published in your monthly magazine last month.
First of all, there was a section related with Abraham Brown who is world renowed writer. His childhood, novels and family life were deeply detailed in that article.
Secondly, I realised that there were any information and anecdotes about his experiences as a soldier at Germany during World War II. He was not doing research between years 1943 and 1945 as written there. I would argue that audience should know this fact given the fact that war had altered the way he lives and his writing styles. I had worked with him at Newsline Magazine for then years and I know that it was a turning point for him.
Finally, I would like you to publish a revision to decleare your mistake. I also would be grateful if you could write a paragraph about effect of war on his thoughts and feelings. I hope a prompt action will be taken. If I can help you in other ways, please let me know.
Thank you consideration in this matter.
Yours faithfully,
Mary Brown
