Dear Mr. Jones,
I am nisha bhan, one of the part-time associate in the Supply Chain Department of your company. it’s been 2 years now since I am working with your company. I like my job very much and would like to do it with full dedication and passion as I know it is a good platform to grow and excel in career.
However, I am writing this letter to bring this to your kind attention that I am a first year university student. I am pursuing my Master’s in Business Communication. I usually have a tight schedule. The problem what I am facing is that when my shift ends, the second shift employees do not come on time resulting I always get late for my class. As I cannot leave my workstation unattended, so I have to wait for them to come and take over the charge. I would have managed the situation but from next week, I have my examinations starting and hence leaving with no other option I have to inform you. Although, I requested them to come on time but they always pay deaf ear to my request.
Therefore, I humble request you to look into the matter and take some strict action so that no one’s work get hampered because of other. Hope to get a solution as soon as possible.
