You recently took a part-time job working for a local company. After a few weeks, you realized there were some problems with the job.
Write a letter to the manager of the company. In your letter:
-- explain why you took the job
-- describe the problems that you experienced
-- suggest what could be done about them.
Dear Mrs. Mary,
I am writing with regards to the part-time cleaning job in wipe and Shine company that I lately started. I have worked in your business now for two weeks and realised there are some difficulties to get my work done.
The job is suiting well for me because of the timing and flexibility as I am still a student and need time for school and studies. Also, the salary is motivative and competitive.
Just from the beginning when I started here I noticed that there is not enough cleaning supplies or some of them are very old-fashioned. For example, the mop is so old and dirty that it does not make floor clean. The vacuum cleaner is barely functioning and there is not enough wipes.
To make the best of the cleaning can you please think about new supplies, it will make the job much more enjoyable.
Yours sincerely,
Katariina Varblane
