Dear Sir,
My name is Jack, and I stayed at your hotel last Monday the 13th of June. I was there to attend a business meeting with one of our major client, and the meeting was held at the grand ballroom of your hotel. I am writing this to inform you that I have left a crucial business agreement document in my room, and I need your kind support to get it back securely.
My room number was 408, and I remember putting it into the top drawer of the table, and unfortunately, I forgot to collect it when checking out. It is a sealed white colour envelope with my company logo.
I kindly request your support to collect it and handover to an express courier service as I cannot come and collect it personally. I will arrange the courier service and will let you know the details.
