You rented a car from car rental company, the air conditioner has stopped working. You phoned the company a week ago but it has still not been repaired.-

Explain the situation-
Say what action you would like the company to take
Dear Mr. Rex,
My name is Matt, a loyal customer of your company for the last two years. I am writing a letter to convey my disappointment because of your poor customer service at this juncture.
I was of the view that I should have a new car to avoid daily issues which often happens with an old vehicle. Therefore, I rented a brand-new Toyota Corolla from your company due to my daily commute to reach office which is 100 Kilometers away from my base location. I was traveling to the office yesterday when my car’s air conditioner got stop abruptly, and I barely reach the office with sweating clothes. In addition, I got ill for two days because of heatwaves outside which leads to a delay to complete my assigned tasks on time. I did launch my complaint a week ago about the issue, but no one contacted me yet. Therefore, I am traveling to the office via using the Uber service as it won’t, be possible to drive the vehicle without air conditioner due to high temperature in summer.
I would appreciate it if you could provide me an alternate vehicle for the time being and instruct your technician to visit my office and take the car out for repair work as soon as possible.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Best Regards,
Matt
